Some people find the iPad distracting, with all the apps and social media and notifications. I think the iPad is overkill, though there are some very good apps out there. Mostly locked in to Microsoft Ecosystem (but so is reMarkable) It is Microsoft, so reboot often, and probably when you need it most You can take a photo of the whiteboard and embed it into the note. It will 'OCR' the recording, search for the words "homework" and it will find your handwriting, and if it is mentioned in the audio recording. Write "IMPORTANT" and when you play back the recording your handwriting is highlighted as the recording plays, and if flip down to any point, like "IMPORTANT" it will move to that part of the recording. While you handwrite, OneNote Syncs the handwriting to the time of the recording. Handwrite and the handwriting is converted in the background to text so you can search. So if you think an ipad or another type of tablet would be better please let me know. I don't really fandom too much of the "pencil feel", I think I prefer pen feel, a smoother feeling. Which ones would you recommend of these?Īlso, I'm not completely sure I should discard an ipad or samsung tablet. The options I've been seeing are Remarkable 2, Supernote A6X and Boox Note air 2. Able to see everything on my computer at all times (notes, pdfs, etc) Store everything in folders, by semester, by year, by class, etc. Send PDFs to the tablet and write/edit them
I've been thinking recently of replacing them with a tablet, and I've been looking at a few options and would like a recommendations. So, about 1/2 years ago I've been completely bored of notebooks and writing and organising them, it is such a pain and I can't ever keep track of what I wrote/did. Hey guys, first of all, sorry about ONE MORE post about this, I've been searching this sub and other subs for days trying to figure out what's better for me but I can't seem to decide.
